Privacy policy

Ten4x.com, a unit of DO IT FOR ME LLC, operates Ten4x SEO. This policy explains how we handle information in the SEO workspace.

What we access and why

• Workspace information. We use your email and role to manage access. We store website URLs, business profiles, job results, review decisions and activity history to run the service.
• Google account identity. When you connect a Google service, we use the verified email address and account identifier to identify the Google account. We associate the connection with the website you select.
• Google Search Console. With read-only access, we retrieve performance data for the configured website property. Reports can include clicks, impressions, position and breakdowns by date or page. We store the results for authorized workspace members.
• Google Analytics. When you authorize a GA4 property, we read and store reporting data such as sessions and outbound clicks to selected retailer domains.
• Gmail. The optional Gmail connection uses send-only permission and the sender’s verified identity. In installations where sending is enabled, we pass the approved message, recipients and delivery headers to Gmail. Campaign, article and individual message approvals are required.

Storage, use and sharing

Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Ten4x SEO uses them to call the connected service for the selected website. Workspace access controls determine who can view saved reports.

IONOS provides hosting infrastructure. Google processes requests made to its connected services. When you request an AI-assisted draft, the selected model provider receives the site's configured business profile and requested topic. Connected Google reports and Gmail data are outside that draft request.

Ten4x SEO uses information received from Google APIs to provide the connected features described above and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and requesting deletion

Use Disconnect to remove the active saved connection from the selected website. You can revoke the provider-side authorization separately in Google Account connections.

Previously saved reports, audit records and backups are handled separately. We retain records needed to operate and secure the workspace, investigate issues and meet applicable obligations. Email Sitanshu@difm.tech to request deletion. We verify the request and explain which records can be removed and how the request affects retained audit records and backups.
